The Rimel’s concept is simple…. healthy, all natural and locally grown.
It’s the way we have been doing it for 20 years. Matt Rimel came up with our menu over 20 years ago and not much has changed since then… except for more locations.
We cook everything over Oak, which is milled from our local ranch, and we have all natural ingredients, from the proteins all the way down to the side dishes and desserts.
We own our own ranch, that supplies the wood that we cook on and the meat that we serve which is grass-fed, and Animal Welfare Approved.
We also own the fish company that supplies the bulk of our fish…..long line caught and local whenever possible.
We are a local family owned business that is sustainable and organic whenever possible.
